Another silver lining of Thursday’s matches was a 24-18 victory from the Bluejays girls team. As one of the most populated girls squads in the area for the inaugural year of the sport in Missouri, the Lady Jays grapplers have been more limited in their opportunities to find competition so far this season, but they have made the most of their outings. Thursday’s win brings their record to 2-1 as they head into winter break.
